14-day return policy

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days with the receipt and in the condition in which they were sold. Damaged, modified or incomplete items may not qualify.

Screen repair shop warranty

OLED, original and genuine Apple screens include a shop warranty for technical or manufacturing defects: 3 months at Modesto / Ceres and 1 month at either Stockton store. LCD/incell screens have no shop warranty. Drops, water damage and other customer-caused damage are excluded. Your store confirms the applicable terms before repair.

Purchased device warranty

Warranty covers qualifying technical and manufacturing issues related to the covered work or product. It does not cover cracks, drops, liquid damage, misuse, third-party tampering or other customer-caused damage.

Shipping and pickup

In-stock items can be prepared for same-day pickup. Shipped orders leave from the selected store and can be delivered to a valid U.S. address. Cost and timing are shown during checkout.

Privacy and device data

Customer information is used to provide service, process orders, send updates and maintain account history. We recommend backing up data and removing accessories before leaving a device.
